Pink, White & Black Wedding colors wedding?
I need to have pictures of wedding ceremony & reception decorations using pink & white or pink & black or all three colors, so that I can copy ideas that I like down to the very last detail! Also, do you prefer a deep rose pink, or a light pale pink?
a think a light pale pink would look better with both black and white. I think you should use all three and kudos on the upbeat colors. I would have chose that myself if I ever got married

Color and the choices we make regarding the use of it, reflect our personalities. Likewise, the color or colors you choose for your wedding will also reflect your style and personality. To choose your wedding colors, you may go with a favorite color, or you might pick colors which harmonize with your seasonal palette. Spring and fall weddings fall into the "Warm" color category. Summer and winter weddings fall into "Cool" color palette.
Let's take a look at color meanings for your wedding:
White: Brides have been wearing white since the Victorian times, with white now being the traditional color for wedding dresses. To the human eye, the color white is brilliant and bright. It's no wonder that wearing it on your wedding will make you stand out. White symbolizes purity, cleanliness, and innocence.
Ivory: Many brides opt to have an ivory gown for their wedding. Ivory, like white, represents quiet, pleasantness with a touch of luster. Ivory is a soft, neutral color which has a touch of earthiness of brown hues. It carries the same pureness, softness, and cleanliness of white but is slightly richer, a touch warmer. This is a great color choice for brides having a spring or fall wedding, as the traditional seasonal colors compliment ivory.
Gold: Gold is a precious metal and the color gold is associated with wealth and prosperity. Gold is eye catching and lends richness and warmth to your color palette. Add a golden glow to an earthy palette of browns, orange or greens. Reds, burgundy and purple are warmed with hints of gold. A wonderful accent color to fall weddings, and a traditional hue.
Silver: Silver, especially bright silver, is cool like grey, but is lively and playful. It is sleek and modern while still adding the feeling of riches. Adding silver to your wedding will add glamour and will make your day sparkle. This is a versatile color which pairs nicely with almost any color. Use silver with cool shades of blue for winter weddings. Silver is also a lovely addition to a black and white theme making the colors pop without taking away from the design.
Black: A conservative color, black goes with almost any color, except those with deep hues. It is sexy and sophisticated, modern and elegant. Many weddings which are black-tie, give off the feelings of opulence and grandeur. It is a year round color.
Red: Red is an extremely strong, passionate color. As a stimulant, red is the hottest of the warm colors can make your blood boil or your passion ignite. In some cultures, Red denotes purity, joy and celebration. In China, red is the color of happiness, prosperity and good luck. A wonderful color for Christmas and Valentine weddings. For fall, select a deeper shade of red such as burgundy.
Pink: Pink is the softer, sweeter side of red. It is a delicate color which symbolizes abundance, compassion and love. Pink roses symbolize grace, gentleness and joy. Pale pinks are wonderful for Spring weddings and vibrant pinks are lovely for Summer weddings. Pink can be warmed with gold or cooled when paired with silver.
Orange: Brides who choose orange are spontaneous, bold, daring and trendy. Orange is an inspirational and stimulating, yet warm and inviting. It is said that people who love life, love orange. Orange is also the color of transition - which can symbolize your new life together. Orange is versatile for weddings; soft creamsicle for spring, Tangerine for summer or Burnt Orange for fall.
Yellow: Yellow is the color of sunshine. It denotes happiness and joy and is a warm color. It is a symbol of hope and courage. Alone, yellow makes an impact, and it compliments many other colors well when used as an accent color. Very pale yellows work for spring weddings, lemon yellows are lovely for a citrus summer theme and dark mustard yellows make fall weddings come alive.
Green: Green shades symbolize life, growth, fertility, health and the environment. With both a warming effect like yellow, and a cooling effect like blue, green is a balanced, harmonized color. Down to earth brides may be drawn to this color. Green can be used year round, by varying the shades. Think crisp springtime green, grass green for summer weddings, olive green for fall and emerald green for winter.
Blue: Blue is tranquil, calm, peaceful, honest, trusting, and faithful. It is said to bring love and luck to weddings, and in many religious beliefs brings peace or is believed to keep the bad spirits away. Blue is a year round color; pastel blues work well in spring. Sky, Aqua or turquoise blues are great for summer. Deep royal blues and navy blues work well for fall and winter events.
Purple: Often associated with both royalty and spirituality, purple is a mysterious color with both warm and cool properties. Deep or bright purples suggest riches and wealth, while lighter purples are more romantic and delicate. Purple in your wedding can also symbolize dignity, value, tolerance and togetherness. Lavenders and Lilacs are wonderful for spring and summer weddings. Deep purples and eggplant are marvelous for fall and winter events.
Brown: Brown is a down to earth, natural, neutral color. It is a warm color that represents wholesomeness, dependability, friendliness, and steadfastness. Use shades of brown to represent the warmth and honesty of your marriage. Taupe, beige or cream make lovely spring and summer colors, and chocolate brown is lovely for fall and winter. This shade can be coupled with many other shades as it is a neutral tone. Pairs lovely with an ivory wedding gown. Gold, copper and rust accents add warmth and dimension to brown.
